DETAILED TOUR DESCRIPTION

Experience some iconic sights of Sal Island on this Guided Segway tour. After the pick-up at your hotel, you will be taken to our office where you will receive an informative and safety briefing about the Segway, together with the necessary equipment. As soon as you are ready and comfortable on the Segway, the tour will start. The first part of the tour will be on the bicycle lane in order to help you to get used to the Segway and to reach the village of Santa Maria, where we will get off-road and stop at the salt flats. You will have a small break to relax and learn more about the history of place. After the relaxing time, the tour will continue through a sandy path until you reach the second stop in Kite Beach. From Kite beach, you will start crossing all the south part of the Island to reach the most beautiful white sandy beach of Sal, Ponta Preta beach. Finally, drive across the beach until the road that leads back to our office. The tour concludes with drop off at your accommodation.
