DETAILED TOUR DESCRIPTION

Get picked up in your accommodation and depart toward the city center. Start your discovery at the Eco-Museum, learning the history of the island's colonization, rooted in the exploration of salt, exported to several countries like Brazil until the 19th century. Move on to the Porto Inglês Salinas wetland where the salt is produced, before a scenic drive to Morro.

Your tour continues to the village of Calheta, where you will visit its craft center and appreciate the work of local artisans. After that, reach the Dunas de Morrinho, enjoy a walk through the beautiful white sand dunes, and take a lunch break at Pedro Vaz, the first village to be inhabited.

Drive back to the capital and discover São José Fortress, built to protect the island from pirate attacks, and visit the local Church. Finally, enjoy a dip at the most beautiful beach on the island, Bitchirotcha, before being dropped off at your hotel.
